nVIDIA D8M hakkında bilgiler
nVIDIA 'nın yeni nesil çipseti hakkında bilgiler gelmeye devam ediyor. D8M de ki D harfinin Desktop (masaüstü), M harfinin Mainstream (orta seviye) ve 8 rakamının ise sekizinci nesil ürünü ifade ettiğini biliyoruz.
Çipset 65nm olarak üretiliyor ve PCI-E 2.0 destekliyor. Bundan öncede Intel 'in X38 çipsetiyle üçüncü çeyrekte ve AMD 'nin Rx7x0 nesil çipsetlerinin PCI-E 2.0 desteğiyle geleceğini biliyorduk. Çipset bunların dışında HD DVD ve Blu-Ray gibi videolarada desteği bulunmakta. Ayrıca çipset Windows ses sürücüleri ile çalışacak.
D8M ve onu kullanan kartların Eylül 'de piyasada olması bekleniyor.
