1. Open the page that you are having trouble with, and then press the Print Screen button on the keyboard.
2. Open MS Paintbrush. To do this, click Start, click All programs, and then click Accessories.
3. Click Paint.
4. Click Edit, and then click Paste. The screenshot is pasted on your program.
5. Click File, and then click Save as.
6. Under Save as Type, select JPEG.
7. Name the file, and then save the file on the desktop.
8. Send the screenshot to us.
